HoganWillig filed the LLC formation paperwork for my business. I couldn’t be happier with the process and work they did. Diane walked me through the whole process and made me feel more than just a number there. I recommend them for all things legal.
Unfortunately, due to a personal relationship with Corey Hogan, my father used them to handle his estate. They have proven to be grossly incompetent. His estate sat untouched on one of their attorney’s desk for a year. ONE year and nothing was done to settle it despite multiple phone calls. Diane Tiveron then “personally” took it over. I was referred to this firm a couple of years ago to close on a house. since the intial property I went n purchased 2 more and used HW for the closing. Karen the legal assistant was so rude I will never use this firm again. I know I'm not a big wig but to close 3 houses in 3 yrs should show I'm trying to create a relationship n grow my business with u. I'm not even going to mention the botched closing I'm still dealing with.
