Steve is an exceptional realtor, he's very patient; he doesn't push you into a home that doesn't fit in your wants, he let's you take all the time you need, he does everything he can to work with your budget, he listens to all your wants and needs for a home and in my case, I moved from out of state and helped me navigate everything long distance at times. He even went above and beyond for us taking our dog to his kennel during inspections. He kept us informed all the way, even gave suggestions to help move things along with the showings and selling.
