My husband started seeing Dr. Lequerica a couple of years ago because of memory loss. The Doctor knew of my husband’s family history with Alzheimer’s. Other than scheduling a neuropsychological exam he didn’t do any other testing to rule out Alzheimer’s. Told my husband he didn’t think it was that. Didn’t refer him to another doctor when he couldn’t figure out the problem. My husband eventually moved on to another doctor who ordered a lumbar puncture. The results indicated he has Alzheimers.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lequerica's since 1995. Moved out of the Clifton area years ago and he is the only physician I kept in North Jersey and travel from Toms River to see him. He is thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and an all around wonderful human being. He diagnosed me, and after surgery has followed my ups and downs over the years. He is genuinely concerned about his patients. The staff in this office is polite, helpful and kind.
I saw him today for my ongoing headaches. I could tell he showed very little interest or concern. He wanted to see me again in 2 months and I said forget it. He also said he would write a script for physical therapy but never did. I felt as if I was bothering him. I will never visit him again.
