Everyone at the front desk/admin are sweet, thorough and professional. Dr. Parry however was 30 mins late. When I went out to see what was taking so long he was outside sanitizing his hands, came in and didn’t apologize at all for the tardiness. He then gave me suggestions for care. Said he would write me a script for Valium for my steroid shot to calm me down and never did so. I called the office twice where they then email him to remind him and over a week I got nothing. The entire staff at the Kew Gardens office is executional l exceptional. From receptionists to the PAs to the orthopedic specialists. I have seen Dr. Parry, Dr. Garrafolo, and Dr. Leung. All are amazing at their craft. Great bedside manner, they take time to r explain everything regarding the injury and how to treat it. And they go through all available treatment options for me to choose from. Great service from everyone.
Dr. Parry was excellent! The staff was great as well from front desk to x-ray techs it was like a well oiled machine. Dr. Parry explained everything to me, and came up with a great plan to fix my issues. Will definitely recommend!
Excellent experience all around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Parry is great. He’s understanding and explains what’s going on with surgery and aftercare.
