Like others have said, I would also leave zero stars if I could.I went to an appointment with my mother after she was referred to Dr. Kraljic by another doctor. From the moment we met with him, he showed absolutely no empathy or bedside manner. When I tried to explain that my mother had been taking pain medication but that it wasn’t even touching her pain, he became rather rude. He was waiting for me. Ery knowledgeable, stayed on topic, gave all options, scenarios outcomes, & recommendations left all my decisions. I like the gentleman reassuring.
The staff was amazing. Dr. Kraljic was very thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand.
