Awful awful staff, not saying doctors are but you are what you hire. The office is not organized at all, they take advantage of clients. Doesn’t care to call in medication at all or return calls even when you have been leaving messages for a month straight. The administrator was beyond nasty when I asked to speak to management knowing that her staff dropped the ball completely. I see why they are so awful when that is who their supervisor is.
I have had 3 office visits at Dr. Koerner's office. However, the only time I saw him was in the hospital after a colonoscopy. I saw a PA and a Nurse Practitioner. Office was suppose to contact me for a follow up colonoscopy. which they did not. Also. I was in the ER and told to follow up with a GI doctor. Only available appointments were with AP & NP. Dr. Koerner is probably a great doctor as are the other doctors in the practice, IF YOU CAN EVER GET AN APPOINTMENT.

In this practice the doctor doesn't meet with you. You get to see a nurse practioner before and after your colonscopy. The doctor never met with me even after the procedure. The nurse read the results to me off her computer screen. Not for me! Will never use this doctor again.!!
So this doctor is using my insuance money and copays to pay a service that doesn't call back and front desk girls to gossip. I went across the street treated like a human, got my appointment within a week. They already received my information from my er visits and emergency endoscope. I have no idea if any of these doctors are good... But I will tell you if they see this a compassion and patient satisfaction class is def needed for those women!
