The best..personable and cares..thankful he was on call the day my husband came into the er..Dr Starr did surgery the next day..
Dr. Starr is an excellent physician. He carefully explains your diagnosis, ways to treat, and long-term plans. He's a doctor's doctor.
Very comfortable with Dr. Starr. He spends time with you, he listens and makes eye contact instead of typing into a computer throughout the visit. Very excellent doctor!
