Doctor and office staff is very unprofessional and very rude! Will never go back or recommend anyone to that office!
Took my son to see Dr. Sewell for chronic nosebleeds. Not only did he not listen to our concerns regarding the nosebleeds he declared that my son had sleep apnea even though my son kept answering no to each question regarding Apnea. Then he prescribed a nose spray whose side effect is Nosebleeds. Our copay was ignored and we were charged a very high amount.
Was referred to Dr. Sewell for food allergy testing after an emergency room visit for anaphylaxis shock. My appointment was 9AM. Sewell didn't show up until 10:30AM. Did not review my referral or medical history at all. Did not even ask me my name. Just went into some babble about sleep apnea and a sleep study. I have never gave anyone a review ,but after seeing Dr. Sewell on Friday and in my 10 minute visit he was condescending, rude and told me I had too many complaints and which one did I want to pay for. My complaints as he called them involved my sinus area only. He told me I needed a sleep study. When I tried to explain what symptoms I had, he basically made me feel that I was not worth his time. $200 later I was told to drink Apple Cider viinegar and come do a sleep study. I rate him a -0.
Very honest, caring, easy to understand, excellent communicator. Staff is also excellent
Staff is always willing to help and easy to deal with in any situation. Dr. Sewell is wonderful with my family. Our wait time is always very short.
Dr. Sewell is kind and very concerned about my condition. He was thorough and did a wonderful job helping me.
