Do yourself a favour, do not hire Steven Junger. It will cause you much stress and grief. I hired him back in April to assist me with purchase of a condo. To this day, I have not received any copies of disbursements (have no idea what fees were paid to whom and him), he does not respond to your emails or phone calls ( he is usually away watching the Blue Jays games), he does not follow through with the conveyancing and transferring of deed and lastly but not least, he did not pay the maintenance fees to the Management Compan... read more

I have bought and sold a few properties over the past few years. Mr. Junger was by far the best lawyer we have used. He came to our house after work to sign papers and he was the first lawyer we have used that took the time to explain all the papers. He gave me a detailed breakdown of all the fees and expenses beforehand and was helpful with reducing my early payment penalty on my mortgage. He saved me more than his fee. I would not hesitate to use him again.
