This isn’t a doctors office I’d pick. My grandmother is a patient here and she just had a surgery and has to go back in two weeks to have another surgery at the hospital (she was rushed to the ER two weeks ago for severe pain found out she has blockages in her kidneys) the staff that answers the phone, rude. The fact that the doctors from the hospital wanted grandma to see the pcp before the next surgery apparently doesn’t matter. They just seem like they honestly don’t care for the patients. New patient to Dr. Spivey. With only one visit, I was very impressed with how much of my medical history he knew. Super friendly and attentive. Looking forward to having Dr. Spivey as my new physician.
