when i was younger, i was injured in a car accident. my sixth cranial nerve was damaged and my neck almost recieved life altering injuries. dr. schneider and another surgeon fixed it and now to this day i can move however i want!
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this hospital. The front desk staff shows zero compassion or professionalism. Our appointment was delayed for more than 40 minutes, and no one bothered to update us or give any clarity on when the doctor would actually see us. We were stuck waiting with our 3-month-old baby, who naturally became fussy after such a long and inconsiderate delay. The staff had no urgency, no care, and no intention of resolving the situation. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Steven Schneider! He removed a large tumor from my pituitary gland with ease and reassurance. What could have been a terrifying experience was as pleasurable as surgery can be (way more than I ever imagined). He is straightforward and to the point, and happy to answer all questions.
