Just had knee replacement surgery performed by Dr. Urban. Dr. Is extremely professional, precise and communicative. He also expects his patients to do likewise do the work to achieve the best results. So far the results are much better than expected and I look forward to meeting all my flexibility goals,
Too rushed, showed me a taping option that was loose and worthless. Went back for a follow up swollen and bruised. He had a female intern he was more interested in than my complaint of severe pain. He said I’d be better in two weeks. I’m going to try to find another specialist with hopes of a better outcome.

Dr. Urban preformed my third knee replacement, so he had to do some revisions. He was conscientious and professional! I can honestly say he is the best! He is currently seeing my husband for a total hip replacement.
I would give zero stars if i could. Treated my mother horribly. Waited an hour and a half just to see the dr, then he only spent 15 min with her! Staff was rude, very unprofessional! I would not recommend this Dr to anyone, he does not value your time!!
Too flighty. Doesn't explain what he plans on doing or what he is doing. Too rushed. No concern for patients feelings. Hospital anesthesia/OR personnel rude and non comforting. Way too many doctor/nurse errors in 8 weeks. 3 infections, 6 splints and 2 casts. Fired him.
Staff was unprofessional. They made fun of me for being afraid and tried to rush me into a procedure I couldn't tolerate at the time. They also applied a splint, which got stuck in my wound bandage. It was very painful to untangle the bandage, when I next had my wound dressing changed. Dr. Ferlic didn't spend much time evaluating or reassuring me. He then somehow believed I would choose him to take out my stitches, instead of my regular doctor. I was in tears the whole time I was at this visit.
seems to really care. I had to do battle with my new insurance company they would not pay for the biologic I had been taking for last couple of years----remicade and it really worked well alas to expensive had to switch to humara still not sure I like it but we are tweaking dosages and spacing of treatments. With remicade the injections were given in his annex injection office. The nurses were like caring aunts just total top of the line. Now I self inject every couple of weeks.
