Dr. Reuter takes all the time you need to explain every test and its finding. His staff was courteous and remarkably punctual. He is making my whole experience with cardiac care a good one.
I have had 2 heart ablations done by Dr. Nesbitt, and had great care from him and his staff. He takes the time to listen to all my concerns and never makes me feel rushed.
Dr. Graceffo is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail. He does come across as abrupt, but he does care about his patients. He pulls no punches and tells it like it is. He is extremely respected by the hospital staff at MCA.
She is incredibly effecient and caring. I have complete trust & faith in her. She was super encouraging in treating my hypertension and diagnosibg my need for an ablation. Leaving no stone unturned. I'm very grateful to her
I completely agree with entry from February 15, 2018. No empathy at all! Very impatient!
Don't trust his team to do a thorough exam when experiencing irregularities. An EKG is not enough. Make the appointment directly with the doctor, or better yet, find a better doctor. His team is clearly not well trained or knowledgeable enough to recognize dire cirumstances.
Lacks empathy and bedside manner. Doesn't remember his patients. Doesn't explain and discuss options. I think he pays less attention to older patients.
Dr. Teng's response to my high blood pressure on the last two visits is to double my medicine each time rather than to address what could be causing the problem (no echocardiogram ordered). I agree with another review on here that he doesn't make eye contact and seems very aloof. I'm giving him one more try, then if i'm still uncomfortable, i\I am changing doctors.
I was referred to Dr Feghali with rave reviews from my Primary Care doctor. From my first visit I understood WHY! Dr Faghali is confident, professional and extremely attentive. He is a listener and a planner! Once he develops a plan of care, he is thorough in his explanation of the entire process. I am so grateful to Dr Feghli and his wonderful staff for the expertise I have come to expect and look forward to in the future!
