Dr. Johnson was great. I’m over 40 and he guided me in the right direction as far as preventative care and my overall health.
I saw Dr. Smith in mid-April for a time sensitive general checkup for insurance reasons. I loved his demeanor and the way he spoke to me. His assessment/recommendations were well delivered and explained. The experience resonated with me and I updated him as my PCP days later.
my grandfather was in the hospital and not only did you prescribe him a $200 machine that requires a powdered medication but WITHOUT the medication in which helps with his breathing. and we never called to schedule an appt with you but you call to TELL us that we have an appt to come see you? nope. never once said we wanted to see you in the first place. maybe go back to medical school and learn proper etiquette in the medical field.
