Did my research & thought this would be a good medical practice. Picked up their forms, completed all my personal & medical information and handed it to the receptionist. When I arrived for my first appointment they did not have the forms. Scary to wonder where my information is? I left and asked them to call me if they find the forms, but no response.
I was on the waiting list to get an appointment with Dr. Rivers for over a year. It was definitely worth the wait!! He spent quite a lot of time with me, was very courteous, and I knew he was the kind of doctor I was wanting. His office staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, as was every person I came in contact with. It definitely was worth the wait.
I waited six months to see Dr. Rivers. And it was worth every single second of waiting. Dr. Rivers went above and beyond to make sure that he was taking care of my health issues. He is a phenomenal doctor.
I have been going to Dr. Rivers for almost two years and I have never found a doctor more caring then he is. His clinic offers same day appointments if called before 10:00 a.m. and I have used this more than once. I would highly recommend Dr. Rivers
my husband and Ali have been very pleased with the care Dr Rivers has provided.. We can always get an appointment when we have a immediate need, the office staff is always courtous and efficient, He provides personal care which is unusual for other physicians we have seen.
Couldn't be happier with any physician. Dr Rivers is a wonderful physician. Very competent, attentive, and responsive. Staff are knowledgeable and available when needed. Respect for patients is exceptional. Excellent physician who follows thru. We are fortunate to have a physician of his caliber.
Dr. Rivers has helped our family in our health needs. He listens well and comes up with a good diagnoses.
