My two kids look great Had two kids treated by Dr. Moravec. Their smiles are great. He and his staff are professional and informative. What I liked best is that Dr. Moravec gives you a personal update of your child's progress after each visit, not one of the women on his staff. Very nice office, also JKL
Dr. Moravec could use some people skills Office staff was extremely rude to my daughter when one of her brackets broke on a visit (first time ever) but she didn't realize it. I'm a nurse and believe in patient courtesy but there is no need to lambast an 11 year old girl over something she wasn't even aware of.
Fantastic! To my surprise, my treatment lasted for only one year. I walked away with a big, fantastic smile from the whole experience. The staff was kind and helpful. Never had an issue with wait time. The whole office is modern and in great condition. Dr. Moravec always explained how and why he had to do each step of my treatment which made me feel very comfortable. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Moravec!
Be prepared for a long wait. It is not uncommon to wait 45 minutes to be seen, but I have waited over 1 1/2 hrs the last two visits. I can understand an occasional wait for an emergency, but this is all the time. He has also changed his work schedule and is only open during school hours.
Moravec Steven Dds ROCKS!! This orthodontist is a perfectionist and my kids have the straightest teeth to show for it!! They have payment plans and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
