This rating has nothing to do with the doctor's ability, I can not speak for his skill level. I went to see him for a consultation and waited close to 2 hours to see him. All his staff kept coming in to tell me he was running behind and would be in soon. They also asked me if I was okay waiting for like 30 minutes initially. I agreed not knowing it would be so long. Even tho I having had surgery let but just talking to Dr McClain setting up my surgery date he was very kind and he explained everything to me to expect about my upcoming surgery this guy is one of a kind
