Rheumatoid arthritis is tough but the care I get here is comforting and successful. They actually listen to you and address your needs.
The nurse practitioner was great, very thorough ran many tests. When everything came back normal and it was time to see the doctor, he recommended me a book from Amazon to treat my chronic pain.
Wants to put you on all the garbage Fibromyalgia meds. Unfortunately, rheumatologist are a dime a dozen in Richmond.
Received same treatment w/ narcotics for 10 yrs before my Dr retired. Treatment worked wonders! It gave me my life back! Needed a new rheumatologist & decided to give Dr. Maestrello a shot based on his reviews & him being in the top 25 drs specializing in fibromyalgia in Richmond. That was misleading. We barely spoke of fibromyalgia. Unfortunately, he cannot help me as their group doesn’t prescribe narcotics for pain.
