Competent, knowledgeable, good communicator
Minimal wait time. Dr Lugo had reviewed my history before walking in the room. Took the time to answer my questions. I felt cared for.
Best PCP I have ever had! Professional+, patient, attentive, caring, reassuring, understanding and very clear explanations.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. It is always clean. Also restroom in the lobby is nice to have.
Dr. Lugo is wonderful! He treats you like a real person, genuinely cares about his patients and always has time to answer any and all questions. I recommend him highly!!
