My wife had an appointment with Klopsch after being unable to get a timely appointment with her primary care doctor. She experienced the exact same treatment as described by Ms. Soto in these reviews. Rude, loud, dismissive and insulting.
I work in healthcare at Sacred Heart, and I’m truly disappointed by the experience I had with Dr. Steven J. Klopsch. As someone who cares deeply for patients and treats every individual with compassion, I would never treat someone the way I was treated during this visit. Due to my regular provider, Julia Doyal (who is absolutely exceptional), being fully booked, I was scheduled with Dr. Klopsch for some concerning symptoms. I went to Steven for help. He was rushed but he figured out my issue and gave me the help I needed. On a follow up appt I had a diferent concern/anxiety he understood this was a anxiety problem from the way I said it. He went through a likley unnecessary but simple test and went over the results very detailed (the unusual amount of detail and focus on how im doing great by this test made me realize he likley did it only to put my mind at rest) the fact he went through this effort I think helped me more than the actual test i... read more

He was awful. Met him for the first time for a new GP. He was rude, took no time to get to know us, didn't even introduce himself. Halfway through the appt, he said he was running out of time and his nurse world have to finish. He sent a new prescription to our pharmacy for something we didn't even discuss during the appt. 2 thumbs down.
