I left my recent appointment with Dr. Feinstein feeling humiliated and on the verge of tears. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate, high-risk pregnancy care. I understand the high risk maternal medicine doctor options are limited in El Paso, TX but please look elsewhere. During my second visit, his tone was condescending and dismissive.
