Every time I have had to take my child in Dr. Howell has been great. He has being seeing my child since he was 18 months old due to some eye issues. As you can imagine this is scary for such a small child. 2 years later my child is still seeing Dr. Howell and we have no complaints. He is always patient, thorough, and explains everything in detail. We will continue to see Dr. Howell for my child's vision needs!
Did an amazing job with my 3 year old when she had pink eye. Was very patient and explained everything thoroughly.
My son was referred to see Dr. Howell after our optometrist had seen something alarming in his eyes. The front office staff was kind and patient (even though we were an emergency work in appt during lunch time) Dr. Howell came in, examined our son, took his time, explained every detail, directed much of the conversation to my 11 year old son. I know he could tell we were worried. We now see Dr. Howell every 6 months. It's such a blessing to be able to go to their office & receive excellent care!
The Dr was great no complaints there. however the billing department just awful Candy called me to say I owed money I asked for a statement she said she sent 3 which were addressed to the WRONG address. She said she was calling to tell me I was turned over to collections. I asked if I could come there or pay over the phone to which she said no and hung up. The next day some one from collections called me and sent me a bill. I promptly paid the bill and notice the address was wrong.
