I have been a patient at Broward Medical Associates for many years. Both Dr. Alexander and PA Steve Hizer have treated me and they are both professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. The nurses and administrative staff are just as good! They are always patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and professional. Thank you! Kristie
The PA is great however, the secretary they have in their office is inept and evidently not customer centric. I made an appt in Oct and was given an appt date obviously someone made an error and I couldn’t be seen. I took time off of work and waited 3 months to be seen by Hizer. The dark hair girl was condescending in tone, body language and could care less w/her sarcasm. How insulting of my time. I pay to see this doctor this isn’t a hand out.
