The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me.
Please put your health into the hands of another Doctor. To preface I have a c4-6 cervical fusion. As another patient said, Dr.Hess was in the room for a brief moment. Never brought up MRI until I mentioned it (didn’t even look at it with me in the room). The MRI indicated clear issues. I kid you not, all he advised was me stretch my neck and take Aleve (as if I wasn’t doing this already). He nonchalantly said it was a spasm. I had no movement on my left side for four months.
