Do not waste your time on this doctor. I registered for an appointment as a new patient and was not able to make my appointment due to a scheduling conflict that came up at the last minute. I called his office a few days later to reschedule and was not-so-politely informed that per Dr. Helf's policy, if you miss your new patient appointment he refuses to see you ever again.
