I have never been to such an amazing, caring, understanding and compassionate doctor my whole life. He uses very good patient understandable language, and always makes me feel heard. His nurse is an absolute gem! She always answers any question I have about my visit. I honestly cannot express how grateful I am to have found this dynamic duo.
Do not trust this doctor’s office. The level of care is mediocre and they have no problem overcharging you for such care. They charged me for a Level 4 exam when in reality I received a 2 minute video call merely for a follow up exam. They refuse to correct the issue or return my correspondence regarding the matter. If you go here, check your billing. If you don’t mind being charged $200 to ask you how you’re doing, then perhaps you’ll be fine.
I had an excellent experience at my appointment with Dr. Hanrahan today. He is an extremely competent and caring physician who listens carefully to my concerns and follows up as needed. Hannah and all the others in the office work well together—I feel I am in good hands.
