Steven was the realtor in a transaction where we had a mutual client as I was the mortgage broker. Steven was proactive in finding a listing that was about to fall out of contract and was able to get our client a great deal as well. He was so great in negotiating that there was no appraisal needed for the purchase which is pretty rare. Steven took great care of our client and I can't wait to refer other clients to him

Thanks to Steven’s help, I was able to land a home in 2 weeks of searching. He was always available to answer any questions and make last minute tours happen. We were able to beat out other offers through his quick efforts and secured the deal before anyone else was able to submit. My fiancé and I started looking at homes and requested to tour a property. Within minutes, we were contacted by Steven and we set up a time for a tour. Upon meeting him, he was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were first time home buyers but he walked us through the process and gave us all the information we needed to know throughout the process. We didn’t expect the process to be so fast! We got really lucky finding and securing a property quickly and we couldn’t have done it without Steven.
