This review is being left to express deep concern about unethical documentation practices at this office. Across multiple visits, full neurological physical exams—detailing reflexes, cranial nerve testing, motor strength, and coordination—were charted identically each time, despite no such exams ever being conducted. My son has had several migraines. Was given a medicine that worked for awhile but is no longer working. He was given 3 samples. Well my son now has 1 sample left. Has called several times; left several messages & no one has yet to call back. Very unprofessional
