Kim at the front desk should find a career where she doesn’t have to work with people, especially patients. It is a very bad look for such an amazing doctor to be represented by someone so mean, nasty, and condescending. She has been rude every single encounter I’ve had with her for 5+ years, and today was the last straw. I wonder how many other patients he’s lost because of his disgusting secretary.
Dr Galun has a very pleasant bedside manner. :) He made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and gave me some great advice as how to address my concerns.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Galun and his staff. He’s truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He takes the time to actually educate his patients in a way that makes sense — no jargon, no rushing through explanations. He makes sure you understand your body, your options, and your care every step of the way.
