I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Galun and his staff. He’s truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He takes the time to actually educate his patients in a way that makes sense — no jargon, no rushing through explanations. Tried to make an appointment and the lady was very very rude! She needs to check her attitude at the door.
absolutely nothing the doctor did, however his staff. i tried to make an appointment and the woman who i was speaking with was just rude. i tried to ignore it because i was just trying to make an appointment and she was trying to finish my sentences and tell me she couldn’t help me.. which was awkward. later she was taking my information and i didn’t think i heard what she had said. i asked for clarification and she repeated herself but with the most annoyed tone. if you can make it through that i’ve heard good things about ... read more
