We have great success with Dr. Friedman. His receptionist was really friendly and helpful.
I’ve called several times to make an appointment with you guys. I’m very disappointed. Guess y’all don’t want the money.
I had seen Dr Friedman before but this time some other person was there. This doctor(?) did not seem concerned with my vision as I kept telling him I could make a guess at the letters but all were still fuzzy. The new glasses I have are now worthless as everthing is out of focus. There's no one in the office when I've dropped by to complain. Will seek a new place from now on.
Dr. Friedman was very nice!! The receptionist was rude and I honestly wanted to leave before being seen!! The only reason I rated fair and not poor is because Dr. Friedman and the staff at VisionWorks were very nice and helpful. I probably will not go back.
Staff is beyond rude. I called ahead for my prescription and a week later it still wasn't ready. While there for the initial exam the receptionist had a horrible attitude. Would not recommend this Dr to anyone.
