Even though I had a definite date for my procedure, it would’ve been more helpful if my other Follow up appointment were scheduled with Me while at my office visit or call directly instead of texting With set dates and times without checking with me. I had to call the UH Call Center- and change at least one appointment. Another problem is trying to find a location to do any blood test. University Hospitals urgent care don’t do testing. Staff was efficient and friendly and facility was clean and well maintained. Dr. Filby and his team completed the heart procedure and kept my husband informed.
Had to have a heart procedure and all parties involved from the outpatient intake to the floor nurses, techs and Doctors were wonderful. Kept all parties involved with info during the day and would recommend this facility for any patient.
Where do I even begin? I saw Dr. Filby after going through an unsuccessful heart procedure that turned life threatening at another healthcare organization. Dr. Filby was very thorough, empathetic, compassionate and finally made me feel like I was in the right hands. I can say the same about his staff. I went from feeling completely hopeless and traumatized to having complete confidence in Dr. Filby about where we go from here.
