I had a horrible experience at this doctor's office today. I waited to get an appointment, and was only able to be seen by the nurse practitioner. That was fine in that I knew I needed to be seen due to severe pain and a tear in my rectal wall that needed immediate attention. I left my house in plenty of time to get to my appointment, but unfortunately hit traffic on 195 East. I called the office to let them know I would be 15 minutes late.
