What a bunch of useless half trained or maybe half baked who can tell with their broken english and goofy looking eyes....i think they need to put the pipe done and learn how to Read write and speak real words and please tell the front desk lady with her glasses to brush her teeth she parted my hair with that dragon beath...
The customer service at this clinic is very unprofessional and not to mention nosey and rude. My health and well being is not a laughing matter. I came to the clinic during a crisis. I was suicidal and severly depressed, I am not being treated with any empathy, or with any urgency what a horrible feeling. I will let everyone that needs to know how I feel and unfortunately the good doctors take the fall for the lousey receptionists.
receptionists do not relay messages to desired staff. They have taken days to return a phone message. I have waited on hold for 10 minutes twice just to get to a live person! Customer service is horrible!
