Great guy. I tried selling my house three times and the deal kept falling through. I got my listing price, he actually went to the closing to sign papers for me. He picked up my check and brought it back. I thought I was going to lose the house in the tax foreclosure but he stopped it.

Excellent service!! They helped me close on the sale of my house. Very friendly staff and they went over and beyond my expectations! Thank you for your wonderful service. I highly recommend!
Do not recommend him. Very unsatisfied with the work he did to the point that I did not use his documents that I waited a month for. He Still charged me.
In January of this yr I had two meetings with Mr. Dunbar last one being where I paid a $500 retainer fee not once was I told verbally or in writing that his office charged a consultation fee yet was given an invoice TODAY totalling $600 combined! In addition I was told work would not be performed until my bill of $1500 was paid in full Mr. Dunbar decided during a full blown pandemic to go against his own words and " work" on my case with no communication whatsoever with me!
