Update, many years later: I went to leave a 5-star here and realized I already had, back when I first signed up! Although I had to drop my policies for the time being (my auto + home factors have changed drastically), the team here has been fabulous to me since day 1. I had to switch to one of those pay-per-mile insurance companies for a bit as I'm not really driving much for a while here, but they were even helpful with reviewing my new policy info there, just to make sure I'd still have good coverage.
