I made my dental appointment a week before my husband and my appointment was at 10:45am. My husband made his appointment at 9am. His appointment was canceled. The day of the appointment I was told that they scheduled them together and I have proof of the message they sent me the day before my appointment stating that it was at 10:45am. If you can’t organize a simple schedule, then you probably can’t handle dental services or procedures. Done!!!
Went to get one tooth pulled and they told me that I need fillings in Over 5 teeth when In fact I didn’t. Once I got one tooth pulled some how ended up with a big hole in the tooth next to it that had been drilled by the dentist and also left with a dental plan that was mapped out for dental work that would last over 2 years. My worst mistake was going to this dental practice.
Always been nice and friendly
The customer service here is impeccable I left my other dentist for being rude and searched for another. I'm so glad that I didn't base anything off of the reviews here. The dental tech was prepared and everything went smoothly. I had a root canal and I am not in pain at all. They even complimented dame on being a great patient. You guys have gained another customer.
Can't tell you anything about this guys ability as a dentist, however, I drove my daughter in law to his office today to have a tooth pulled. We arrived at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment. He didn't even seat her until after 3pm. It's now 5:10 pm and she's still not done. Pathetic customer service.
