My entire family has gone ti Dr Pendleton for many years. Probably for more than 20 years. I have loved his office and the people that work for him. However, today changed with the lack of customer service that was provided by the person who answered the call. She literally hung up on me and when I called back to confront her, she said it wasn’t her that answered the phone. Then when I asked to speak to Candy, she advised she was not in. Love this Dentist office! Staff was very friendly, very helpful & great at explaining what procedure was being done!!

I like that the staff are friendly. I appreciate that they have early appointments and after insurance the prices are not awaful. Dr. Pendleton's office now recommends x-rays every 6 months. Insurance only covers every 12 months. You have to sign off declining. Personally I don't think it is that big of a deal unless you have concerns about your teeth. The last appointment is 3pm and they are closed Friday, which is inconvenient. Every single time I have an appointment they are running behind. I prefer morning appointments, ... read more
