I like that the staff are friendly. I appreciate that they have early appointments and after insurance the prices are not awaful. Dr. Pendleton's office now recommends x-rays every 6 months. Insurance only covers every 12 months. You have to sign off declining. Personally I don't think it is that big of a deal unless you have concerns about your teeth. IF YOU ARE A PARENT PLEASE READ! I am not the type of person to usually leave reviews but the way me and my daughter were treated was absolutely horrible. There is no point in calling and filing a complaint when the owner was the one being absolutely disrespectful, but I can write a review in hopes of someone else avoiding the situation me and my daughter went through. Hands down the doctor is awesome with a great personality. But unfortunately their are issues with the staff. Simple request aren't followed to insure your comfortable. Always billed more then what I should be, so I constantly have credits on my account instead of being refunded. Information is always lost that should have been recorded.
Dr. Steves’ office and his staff are the most helpful and incredible people to have as a dental team! After going through an incident where I needed a root canal ASAP, Dr. Steve and his wonderful dental assistant Nicole made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. They talked me through it, made me laugh and were extremely inviting, and very thorough in their work. I could not possibly recommend a better dental office.
