Dr. Steven Newman helped me so much through a time I was trying to better my life. He helped guide me through to a better future and I am very grateful I got to work with him. There were some issues with telehealth but it was during the pandemic so I understand. Very glad I have him as my psychologist. He got me to where I need to be.
Dr. Newman was nice when we talked to him but after two sessions, he was supposed to send us a link and schedule another appointment but after calling him 6 times over 3-4 weeks and never getting a response we had to go back to our other doctor and now almost a year later we got a bill. Still never heard back from him or anyone from his office. Very unprofessional and not very caring for his patient especially considering he is a psychologist.
