I had a turbinate reduction and balloon sinuplasty May 2024. The procedure was in office easy to schedule and he talked me through my options before making the decision, from antibiotics to more invasive surgery. He was personable and while matter of fact/direct also listened. I felt he was very well informed and communicated well. He was open to talk about other connected issues and his thoughts on it. Worse place and doctor ever!!
As of now, it’s a 5 star ENT Practice. I’m very impressed with dr enrich, he’s very knowledgeable, hard working, and kind. I feel comfortable talking to him about my issues and I look forward to working with him in the future as other issues may arise. Entire staff has been kind and wait times less than 10 mins, which is very good. Overall I am pleased.
I want to be fair, but my experience here was ultimately very disappointing. In January, I had a turbinate reduction and septoplasty at his direction. I was told this was a straightforward outpatient procedure with a mild recovery. Instead, as a young and otherwise healthy person, it took me three months to recover and I developed a major infection along the way. Wouldn’t recommend this ENT surgeon. He did a septoplasty with turbinate reduction in October 2024 on me. I should have researched better I was just desperate to get it fixed. 1st he prescribes a standard prescription despite patient, procedure, tolerance, etc. I was in a MASSIVE amount of pain that my PCP and Urgent Care had to fix because Dr. Enrich refused to adequately address it - wouldn’t even prescribe non narcotic options!
