The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. She discharged/terminated me as a patient without saying a word to the doctor, she should not be there!! Happy I won't ever have to see her again! The doctor too is unkind and literally don't take people seriously.. stay far from this office if you are looking for a good healthy doctor/patient relationship atmosphere. Blessings to All.
DON’T GO HERE. Dr. Cohen is passive aggressive, dismissive, and always on vacation!! He wants you to book separate appointments for your issues, even if they are painful and/or serious and you are already sitting in-front of him for a related issue!! They are ALWAYS on holiday, which makes the booking appointments a real issue with them - I’ve had to go out of pocket (each time $300-500) multiple times due to their lack of availability. Worst Family Doctor ever.. avoid him at all coast people.
Disappointed by the reception. Reception never answers the phone and I had to leave 4 messages asking for a call back starting from October. Reception claims that they likely didn't understand my message, but I had emailed Dr Cohen directly letting him know this issue and he simply told to call the office again. It's been 6 months that I haven't been able to make an appointment, even though the doctor themself has asked to see me in person. I'm beginning my search for a new doctor.
