the doctor is the one who has his office staff as the front line and i can’t say anything good.i won’t be back. i don’t care if staff is new, train them or don’t allow them to handle patients and their information. i made a long trip for nothing because they don’t know the difference between’ in network’ and not in network which is hilarious.
