Dr. Coffin was super personable and did everything to make sure I understood what he was discussing and why it was important. The rest of the stuff was very friendly and welcoming. Super happy with the experience as a whole and will definitely recommend to family and friends
Showed up for an appointment that was confirmed via text and showed in MyChart. Turns out the doctor isn't in today. They claim they called - they didn't. Is it 1999? Can you not email or text me? Why would you keep an appointment on the books if you knew the doctor wouldn't be there. Hold healthcare accountable. This is ridiculous. Failure of the healthcare system is rampant and the only way it's going to change is more people speaking up.
