As a new patient, I was impressed by the time Dr. Coffin took to learn about me, to respond to my questions, and to share his approach to working with patients. His staff was friendly and professional.
Charles River Medical Associates in Marlborough is great. Everyone is super nice, patient and understanding. Dr. Coffin truly cares and takes times with his patients. Makes you feel comfortable and has simple conversation about what the problems are. Asks the right questions!

Showed up for an appointment that was confirmed via text and showed in MyChart. Turns out the doctor isn't in today. They claim they called - they didn't. Is it 1999? Can you not email or text me? Why would you keep an appointment on the books if you knew the doctor wouldn't be there. Hold healthcare accountable. This is ridiculous. Failure of the healthcare system is rampant and the only way it's going to change is more people speaking up.
