I start seeing Dr. Caine after my PCP went on vacation and I fell and fracture my finger.. Dr. Caine made sure I had referrals for all my needs. What I most appreciate about Dr. Caine, he called me to make sure I was fine. Dr. Caine will be my new PCP.
I saw Dr. Caine 2 weeks ago because i needed a referral. Even though I was not his regular patient, he checked all the details of MyChart to have a better understanding of my situation. He sent me to the radiology department and when the result came out, he sent me a message thru my chart with detailed explanation and suggestions what to do next. I had never had this experience with my PCP, Dr. Z, EVER. Long story short, Dr. Caine is very professional and caring. I wish he was my PCP
