I must say I didn't have a problem with the doctor himself. I actually found him to be very capable, intelligent and extremely helpful. My complaint is based on the unprofessionalism and downright rude nature of some of his staff. When the PA's and support team secretly operate as the defacto neurosurgeons/epileptologist and neurologist on call, it's time to find another team for your care. A very vindictive man. He is a care take in the least. Does not at all listen to a patient. The whole department has changed since Dr. Sethi left. Better to go elsewhere.
I don't normally write reviews but I am looking for another Epilepsy Doctor, as my experience with this doctor was terrible. I barely was able to speak to him. He was very dismissive and his staff were very rude.
We had a terrible experience with this Doctor and his staff. Very unkind and uncompassionate people.
He is patient with his his patients and is willing to help me with the medication and the other things that I need to do to make sure that I have enough quality care
