I don't know why the the front desk in this place was so rude 😒
A wonderful clinic with a very good attitude towards patients and a pleasant staff. I don’t know English, and each time I was provided with an interpreter, for which I am very grateful. Dr. Steven Friedman is a professional doctor who performed hernia surgery on my one-year-old son. Everything went very well, just as the doctor had said. Special thanks also to Karina, who scheduled the surgery date, explained everything clearly, and rescheduled the surgery several times at our request.
Barbara in the office was an amazing. She not only took the time to help me but she I understood my pain and really connected with me. Dr Friedman is lucky to have her on staff.
I am beyond frustrated with this clinic. After waiting an entire month for my appointment, I was informed on the day of that it was canceled. No prior notice, no explanation, just a last-minute cancellation. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to patients who rely on timely care. Scheduling is already a nightmare here, and to have them cancel at the last minute is unacceptable. If you value your time, avoid this clinic. They clearly do not value their patients.
