He is awesome! Dr Alexander relentlessly tried (and succeeded) to fix my swallowing issues. I went to 2 other ENTs with absolutely no improvement. Dr Alexander's tireless work solved my issues and changed (and possibly saved) my life. I wish I can give him more then 5 stars.
My experience with Mr Steven was great. His work environment was very clean. He is very detailed and he took the time out to help me understand what was wrong with me . He said gave me all the treatment options that will work best for me. He is very polite and I think he is one of the best ENT allergy MD I seen so far. Let me not forget about his staff. They were very polite and welcoming.
The doctor is very friendly, he greets you with a warm friendly smile, but I won't be going back because you have to spend hours on the phone and no one ever picks up your calls. The plus size lady to the right at the front desk was very unfriendly. Everyone else was very nice. Why have a business if no one answers the phone?
