Dr Brandes had a quick diagnosis BUT we are still waiting a month later for him to call us back with the blood tests results to correct the problem. We have called & left messages 3 times and no call back whatsoever. Is He on vacation for 4 weeks? Obviously he never checks his messages!
Extremely fast encounter, did not seem concerned with my concerns, did not wait to receive the fax from previous healthcare physician who referred me for urology concerns. Seemed to talk over me and was in a rush from the moment they came in and literally drew with a marker and made a MAKESHIFT pee bucket to write down diary entries.
He was great! We covered everything and he answered all my questions. I forgot to ask when I should come back though.
Dr. Brandes is an excellent doctor. He knows his stuff and listens and cares.
