Communication is horrible the receptions has the worst attitude she is no where near professional at all has very poor customer service and listening skills she over talks you that doesn't make sense she needs alot more training
We arrived at our scheduled time to a building with no signage. Once we found the office we needed to be in, we sat for over 45 minutes waiting for the doctor (again no signage; no one directing his patients.). I called his office three times... no answer. We left after a full hour. My wife was the patient. She has dementia and is recovering from a stroke. An hour was all she could tolerate. The office returned one of my 3 calls saying the doctor was there on time and said there was no one in the waiting room...Not sure how ... read more
