Experiences are always pleasant. Staff is knowledgeable, considerate and pleasant. Facilities are always clean- it’s getting more crowded and NCH just moved there! Dr Newman continues to be excellent.
I really like Dr. Newman, however, but to wait 3 hours to be seen....not so much. I would suggest if they are running so far behind, please, please, come in to the examining room and inform patients that Dr. is running late. I was in that room (after being in the waiting room 1 hour) for almost 2 hours. REALLY!!!!. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE LOCKED FOR THE NIGHT. Maybe they are over-booking......
Dr's are great but if I had an alternative I'd go somewhere else. The waiting times are ridiculous. First patient of the day 43 minutes.
Excellent doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly.
