My wife is writing this review as she is Dr Albright’s patient. “Dr Albright and his staff at Houston Methodist are wonderful; they are all very professional, friendly, and concerned with my mastectomy recovery. When I had an unexpected issue with my breast expander Dr Albright took extra care to save my breast cavity and was able to insert an implant avoiding having a flat chest requiring a prosthesis. I had many suspicious cysts and ADH with biopsies and lumpectomies for 13 years at MDANDERSON when I elected a bilateral mastectomy and recon under Hannah's law. This after my husband of 20 years pulled a gun on me and I left. Dr Allbright is an amazing surgeon and his staff are efficient, rarely in waiting room for 10 min. The reconstruction is magnificent and makes my over 60 athletic body look 20 years younger. I'm free from cancer and never have to be a lab rat anymore. We have been blessed to have Dr. Albright as my wife’s plastic surgeon for her DIEP surgery. Dr. Albright listened to all my wife’s concerns, questions, and answered every single question we had. Dr. Albright performed a fourteen-hour surgery, not only repairing the damage from my wife’s initial surgery but also completing his work that he would do for a normal procedure. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Albright and his staff. In 2016 I had a lumpectomy and reconstruction with Dr Albright and he was wonderful! In 2023 I had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction again. The second time, even though I no longer had any breast tissue and I was small to begin with, Dr. Albright was able to save my nipples AND restore sensation to them!
